Dr Pritash Patel works as a Consultant Gastroenterologist and General Physician. He is also an Endoscopy Trainer at St George’s Hospital. He carried out research at King’s College London and Guy’s & St. Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in the Nutritional Sciences and Immunobiology departments. He studied the potential causes and novel treatment options in oral Crohn’s disease as well as the role of allergy in inflammatory bowel disease. He gained tertiary centre experience in the inpatient and outpatient care of complex inflammatory bowel disease patients.
