Patient Satisfaction Survey Feedback Report

This report outlines the results of a patient satisfaction survey carried out by Epsomedical from all patients attending the unit for day surgery in the month of July 2007. Patient opinions were collected by an anonymous postal survey and returned to the unit where they were collated. We had a high return rate of 57%.
